Серед цих процесів: нетехнічне обстеження, технічне обстеження, розмінування території вручну, ОРВБД та інформування населення. Сертифікацію проводив Державний центр сертифікації ДСНС України. Ці сертифікати підтверджують нашу відповідність найвищим стандартам у галузі розмінування та дозволяють нам ще ефективніше допомагати у відновленні України. Відновлення України починається з розмінування!

The “Return to Life” charity foundation received certificates for 5 key processes of humanitarian demining!

These processes include: non-technical survey, technical survey, manual demining of the area, BAC and public awareness. The certification was conducted by the State Certification Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. These certificates confirm our compliance with the highest standards in the field of demining and allow us to help Ukraine rebuild even more effectively. The rebuilding of Ukraine begins with demining!

Благодійний Фонд «Повертайся до життя» взяв участь у семінарі «Рівні можливості: залучення людей з інвалідністю до зайнятості в протимінній діяльності»

На семінарі учасники ознайомились з підходами до працевлаштування та організації робочих місць для людей з інвалідністю в протимінній діяльності. Захід проходив в Києві 29 жовтня 2024 року та відбувся за підтримки Міністерства економіки України у партнерстві з Програмою розвитку ООН в Україні (ПРООН) в межах проєкту «Протимінна діяльність в Україні», що впроваджується за підтримки Уряду Швеції.

The Charitable Foundation “Return to Life” participated in the seminar “Equal Opportunities: Involving People with Disabilities in Employment in Mine Action”

At the seminar, participants learned about approaches to employment and workplace organization for people with disabilities in mine action. The event was held in Kyiv on October 29, 2024 with the support of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine within the framework of the project “Mine Action in Ukraine”, which is implemented with the support of the Government of Sweden.

Благодійний фонд «Повертайся до життя» успішно пройшли третій етап сертифікації на 5 ключових процесів розмінування!

Сертифікацію проводить Державний центр сертифікації ДСНС України. Процес сертифікації складається з чотирьох етапів: подання заявки, розгляд документів, оцінка на місці та видача сертифікатів. Наразі Фонд завершив 3 етап, який полягає в проведенні робіт з оцінки відповідності на місці. Зокрема, наші сапери продемонстрували комісії 5 процесів гуманітарного розмінування: нетехнічне обстеження, технічне обстеження, розмінування території вручну, ОРВБД та інформування населення. Процедура сертифікації підтвердить нашу відповідність найвищим стандартам у галузі розмінування та дозволить нам ще ефективніше допомагати у відновленні України. Відновлення України починається з розмінування!

The “Return to Life” Charity Foundation successfully passed the third stage of certification for 5 key demining processes!

Certification is carried out by the State Certification Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. The certification process consists of four stages: application submission, document review, on-site assessment and issuance of certificates. The Fund has now completed stage 3, which consists of on-site compliance assessment. In particular, our sappers demonstrated to the commission 5 humanitarian demining processes: non-technical survey, technical survey, manual demining of the territory, ORDB and population information. The certification procedure will confirm our compliance with the highest standards in the field of demining and will allow us to even more effectively assist in the reconstruction of Ukraine. The reconstruction of Ukraine begins with demining!

Наразі в БФ «Повертайся до життя» проходить перевірка комісією Державного центру сертифікації ДСНС України нашої спроможності здійснювати процеси розмінування.

Зокрема комісія перевіряє наявність матеріалів, обладнання екіпірування, а також вміння та кваліфікацію наших саперів. Процеси гуманітарного розмінування, на які ми проходимо сертифікацію: нетехнічне обстеження, технічне обстеження, розмінування території вручну, ОРВБД та інформування населення. Наразі в штаті нашого Фонду налічується 6 саперів. Всі ці фахівці мають досвід роботи в сфері гуманітарного розмінування. З Нового року Фонд планує розпочати протимінну діяльність. Відновлення України починається з розмінування!

Humanitarian demining processes for which we are certified: non-technical survey, technical survey, manual demining of the territory, BAC and informing the population. Currently, our Fund has 6 sappers. All of these specialists have experience in humanitarian demining. The Fund plans to start mine action activities in the New Year. The restoration of Ukraine begins with demining!

Очищення району ведення бойових дій

Основна мета процесу очищення району ведення бойових дій (ОРВБД) полягає у виявленні ВНП за допомогою візуального обстеження територій або з використанням спеціалізованих засобів пошуку. Основні складові процесу ОРВБД включають: ● Підтримку у постійній готовності наших працівників та обладнання для проведення операцій з розмінування; ● Пошук та виявлення боєприпасів; ● Забезпечення передачі уповноваженим органам для подальшого знищення вибухонебезпечних залишків війни; ● Проведення внутрішнього контролю якості виконаних робіт з ОРВБД; ● Здійснення заходів щодо охорони праці та медичного забезпечення; ● Облік та звітність щодо результатів виконання робіт з ОРВБД; ● Проведення зовнішнього контролю якості уповноваженими органами; ● Передачу земель кінцевим бенефіціарам.

The main objective of the area clearance process (BAC) is to identify explosive objects by visual inspection of the areas or using specialized search tools. The main components of the BAC process include: ● Maintaining the constant readiness of our personnel and equipment for demining operations; ● Searching and detecting munitions; ● Ensuring transfer to authorized bodies for further destruction of explosive remnants of war; ● Conducting internal quality control of the BAC work performed; ● Implementing occupational safety and health measures; ● Accounting and reporting on the results of the BAC work; ● Conducting external quality control by authorized bodies; ● Transferring land to final beneficiaries.
